Kenneth M. McRae is a Senior Attorney in the Denver office of Cordell & Cordell, P.C. where he practices exclusively in the area of domestic relations.

Mr. McRae is licensed in Colorado and Kansas and is a member of the Kansas, Colorado and Douglas-Elbert Combined Bar Associations.  He received his J.D. and B.S. (Economics) degrees from the University of Kansas.  Mr. McRae was a Freshman Honor Scholar and a State of Kansas Scholar as an undergraduate, and participated in the University Honors Program.

In Law School he was a member of regional mock trial competition team and served as third year class president.  Mr. McRae also worked as a law clerk for the Douglas County, Kansas District Court.

Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, P.C. Mr. McRae practiced in Lawrence, Kansas for nine years. His experiences included more than a dozen solo jury trials and two appellate arguments before the Kansas Court of Appeals.  Mr. McRae also volunteered as a judge pro tem for child support and traffic cases in the Douglas County, Kansas District Court.  He also served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Douglas County, Kansas Bar Association and was a member of the Judge Hugh Means Inn of Court.  Mr. McRae is a past president of the Lawrence, Kansas Kiwanis Club, past chairman of the Douglas County, Kansas Chapter of the American Red Cross and a graduate of the Leadership Lawrence program.
