Bradley CunninghamBrad K. Cunningham
Assistant Litigation Manager
Office: Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma

Brad K. Cunningham got into family law for the challenge of helping people who are being taken advantage of.

One of his more rewarding cases was a perfect example of doing just that.

"The mother was using a false allegation of abuse against the father to gain an advantage in the custody case," Mr. Cunningham said. "So we methodically worked our way through the system, and at the end of the day the judge granted the father primary custody."

Having the right attorney for you is one of the first steps to success in any domestic litigation case.

Mr. Cunningham said the key to selecting an attorney to represent your interests is finding one who will advocate appropriately for you throughout your case - acting aggressively when necessary and providing constant wise counsel during the process.

"Most importantly you should select an attorney that makes you comfortable," he said. "Having your family issues addressed in the court system creates a difficult situation. You want an ally you can trust."
