Trisha Festerling - Milwaukee Family Law

Trisha B. Festerling
Associate Attorney
Office: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Trisha B. Festerling's first family law case was a contentious battle that culminated in three days of trial. The couple was fighting over custody of their … dog.

Ms. Festerling won the dog for her client but has since moved on to advocating for bipeds. She has handled virtually all types of family law cases, including those involving guardianships and restraining orders.

Ms. Festerling is also a Guardian ad Litem, which she says gives her a different perspective when handling custody matters.

"That experience gives me different insight into cases, and I always remind my clients that their children are the most important aspect to think about when going through their case," she said.
