Denise M. Fiorillo said she is compassionate about her clients' situations and has a reputation of being reasonable, but not at the expense of a client. "I can easily recognize the strengths and weaknesses in a case, have the courtroom experience which helps me recognize the reasonable chance of success," Ms. Fiorillo said. "I will go to trial if it is warranted and have the ability, knowledge and confidence that has allowed me to be successful at trial." She knows how overwhelming and scary the judicial process can be, especially for many who are experiencing it for the first time. That's why she works hard to help men cope with the process while working toward the best resolution in the case. "When you find yourself in a situation where you have to litigate very private issues, like in a divorce or custody case, having an experienced attorney by your side can make all the difference," Ms. Fiorillo said.
