Angela FoyAngela C. Foy
Associate Attorney
Office: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

As both a former middle school teacher and a qualified guardian ad litem, Angela Foy has a unique perspective when it comes to handling child custody disputes.

"I'm always sensitive to the child’s perspective whether that’s grounding my own clients expectations or bringing the issue up in litigation to the other parent so everyone is made aware of what the child is going through," Ms. Foy said.

Dealing with the emotions of a client is difficult, but Ms. Foy said she tries to take some of the emotion out of the case by calming people down and focusing on what really is at issue and on what actually needs to be litigated.

"As your attorney, I am here to educate you on the process itself and all of your options throughout the process so that you can make the decisions that are right for you and your children," Ms. Foy said. "Together, we will develop a plan to help you meet your goals. I will advocate for you in an intelligent and diligent manner to help you achieve resolution to your case."
