Mr. LaFrance graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1989. He receive his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 1992.

Experience

Mr. LaFrance began his legal career by assisting with matrimonial cases and administering estates in Albany, New York. He comes to Cordell & Cordell with more than 15 years of experience successfully practicing civil litigation on a variety of civil matters.

Those matters include: continued litigation of matrimonial matters, medical malpractice and personal injury cases, bench trials, appearances before the New York Appellate Courts, and the negotiation of commercial transactions.
